Swedish Massage: 60 minutes - $65.00
This traditional Swedish/American technique is a soothing and relaxing massage. This massage is known for its long soothing strokes known to stimulate the lymphatic system, promotes deep relaxation while reducing tension and stress. Oil or lotion is applied; pressure can range from very light to firm depending on the clients comfort.
Deep Tissue: No extra charge
This addresses the deeper tissues and releases deep muscular tension and pain. It is extremely effective in chronic complaints such as headaches, back pain, and sciatica. The pressure used with this technique can be very deep. So please keep communication open with your therapist regarding your tolerance level.
Pregnancy Massage: 60 minutes - $65.00
Comforting support for a mother during pregnancy. This massage helps relieve the discomforts of pregnancy. Gentle combinations of Swedish Massage, Acupressure, and Reflexology are used.
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi: 75 minutes - 1 Therapist..$105 2 Therapist $195 Transcendent, soothing, rhythmic, and deep. Combining the breath (HA) and the weaving massage within the dance of traditional Hawaiian movements, one experiences extraordinary blending of mind, body, and consciousness. Island oils and Hawaiian music enhance this ancient massage of the islands. We invite you to let yourself be moved.
Couples Massage: 60 minutes - $140.00
A side by side massage with your loved one. Two therapists melting stress and tension from your body. Aromatherapy, scalp massage & steam towels included. (see photo under "What's New") .
Foot Reflexology: 30 minutes - $40.00
This treatment revitalizes the body through deep reflexes in the feet. This session begins with a warm foot bath with mineral salts, essential oils or infused herbs, followed by a reflexology session, finishing with a luxurious massage of the feet.
Neck Back & Shoulders: 30 minutes - $40.00
Also known as the "lunch hour massage" for those on a time limit seeking stress relief. During this bodywork your therapist will concentrate on the problematic areas of the neck back and shoulders.
Warm Stone Massage: 75 minutes - $105.00
Encourages connection with the earth and the flow of energy in your body. Before you arrive the therapist sanitizes these stones and heats them in 150 degrees. These smooth basalt stones (black volcanic rock) are placed along the spine and specific pressure points in the body. You'll be left from 5-10 minutes to seep in the benefits of these heated stones. These warm stones assist in releasing tension from the body. When the therapist returns she will use the warm stones to massage the body. Aromatic organic oils will assist in this treatment. Deep tissue pressure can also be used in specific areas if requested.
